New Mixed Use Development Planned Near BridgeMill

Centerpoint Development Partners is planning to build a mixed use development on GA-20 near BridgeMill. Right now they are just in the stages of asking for rezoning, but they already have some of the ammenities announced.
- 125 Townhomes
- 15 Acres of Commercial Development
- A 73,000 Square Foot Grocery Store
